Controller not available
There is no digital control on the lab heating mantle to check and maintain the speed, time, and heat.
DIGITALLY CONTROLLED
The BlackDiamondTM PRO has a digitally controlled menu setup button with the help of which the user can set the time, temperature, and speed to monitor and control the process at any given point in time.

Lacks Spill Collection System
The precious liquids heated in the electrothermal heating mantle spill out, and there is no collection system to protect and save those precious liquids.
In-Built Vessel
The digital lab heating mantle has an in-built vessel that internally collects the liquid spills and runs through the spare mantle during the flask breaks.

Manual Stirring is not User-Friendly
Lacking automatic stirring, the manual stirring in a lab heating mantle is not user-friendly and makes the work more complex, challenging, and time-consuming, and less safe for the Lab Technician.
Integral Stirring
The automatic stirring system in the BlackDiamondTM PRO helps control and measure the stirring speed of the liquids in the vessel.

The electric heating mantle does not have any temperature display to monitor and control the temperature of the mantle or the liquid medium.
Internal Temperature Control
The BlackDiamondTM PRO has internal temperature control, which helps measure the mantle’s temperature and probe efficiently. This feature allows the user to toggle between the temperature setting of the mantle or liquid medium.

Settings cannot be seen or measured
There are no setting options in these heating mantles, due to which the settings like time, speed, and temperature cannot be measured and monitored and controlled.
Digital Display
The time, speed, and temperature are easy to track in BlackDiamondTM PRO with the help of a digital display that works on a microprocessor.

Unstable Body with Heavy and Tall Assembly
The regular heating mantles come with a round base which does not provide enough stability to the complete process as it sometimes requires a tall assembly with a base and flask. Instability leads to liquid spillage, breakage, and accidents in the lab.
Stabilized Hexagonal Base
The hexagonal base of the BlackDiamondTM PRO ensures the complete stability of the entire unit. All the unit’s strength collects into the center of the base, giving stability to control tall assembly.

Probe not available
The unavailability of a probe in the heating mantle will not enable the user to measure the temperature of the liquids.

The mantle material is made up of glass fiber yarn, which provides uniform heating to flasks. It has a digital display with heat, stir, and time functions that work on microprocessors.
